Why does the tool require a known dimension to scale?▼
In accordance with ILikeDecor's Zero-Deception policy, images do not contain intrinsic real-world physical dimensions. To prevent false calculations for furniture fit or flooring materials, setting one verified measurement ensures 100% mathematical fidelity.
Are uploaded floor plan images kept private?▼
Yes. All imported plans and human corrections are stored locally in your browser's local storage. Images analyzed via vision AI are processed securely over encrypted HTTPS connections and are not retained or used to train third-party public models without explicit user consent.
