In this 14×22 open floor plan, an oversized chaise sectional acted as a physical barrier between the Cuisine, dining, and seating areas. The makeover established two harmonious, distinct architectural zones within 29 m² by swapping the sectional for an 213 cm tailored sofa plus two low-profile swivel armchairs, restoring a direct 91 cm transit pathway.
